Charm™ Hyper is an AI inference offering focused on AI coding workflows for both Crush and the broader agentic coding community. Our goal is to provide cost-effective coding models with an emphasis on performance, quality and privacy for individuals and teams.

How is Hyper different from an inference proxy?

• Infrastructure Mastery Unlike a standard proxy or router that simply passes traffic, Hyper is an optimized LLM provider that manages the underlying infrastructure, including orchestration, scheduling, and inference engines.
• Strategic Partnerships Hyper leverages deep partnerships with AI cloud providers and silicon providers to optimize costs at the hardware and kernel level, rather than just focusing on routing margins.
• Intelligent Routing Beyond simple proxying, the Hyper roadmap includes intelligent model selection, which automatically delegates tasks to the most cost-effective or specialized model for specific steps in coding workflows.

What's a Hypercredit?

Hypercredits are the core of Hyper's usage-based pricing model, where credits map directly to token costs.

1 Hypercredit is currently 5¢, and they're distributed based on your subscription tier:

• Free Everyone gets 100 hypercredits, refreshing monthly. Additional Hypercredit bundles can be purchased as needed.
• Subscription (Coming Soon) Predictable pricing for individual developers and teams deploying and scaling AI applications.

Why Hypercredits?

We believe a prepaid system with credits is easier and more transparent for users to consume versus swiping a credit card and being surprised with a bill later. This is valid both when buying one-off credit bundles or purchasing a subscriptions.

Do Hypercredits expire?

Hypercredits that are part of your plan (e.g. free or paid) refresh following a certain cadence regardless of consumption (e.g. the free plan offers 100 hypercredits refreshing monthly). Hypercredits purchased as part of a bundle (e.g single, 5-pack or 20-pack) never expire.

What infrastructure is Hyper using?

We are working with select cloud providers and we have full control over the infrastructure and stack for inference including multi-region support given the diverse user base we have in MENA, Europe, North America, South America and Asia. We maintain a ZDR policy with our cloud providers and a strict privacy policy to not train on user data.
